♥ How long will it take for my package to arrive?

Your Ikaria Collection parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days from receipt of payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. If payment is done by eft and you require your package to be sent as per time stated above, then a proof of payment should be sent to cnieuwoudt93@gmail.com. Alternatively your package will be sent 1-2 working days from the date of receipt of funds.

Courier/ postal fee is added to the total of your order when checking out.

Domestic Shipping Options (Within South Africa):

1) Collection from our home office in Gordon's Bay. FREE: Ready within 24 business hours.

2) Local Delivery (Somerset West, Strand, Gordon's Bay). FREE. Ready within 24 business hours. Applies to orders of R200 or more. 

3) Registered post R45.00: Delivery time: +/- 5-8 business days. 

4) PUDO (Locker to Locker/address) R60.00: Delivery time: 1-3 business days. 

5) Courier R89.00: Delivery time: +/- 1-3 business days.

International Shipping Options: 

1) Registered post R150.00: Delivery time: +/- 10-15 working days.

Once we have sent your Ikaria Collection package it is your responsibility to track the package. We will send a tracking number to you by email, so keep a look out ♡. Ikaria does not take accountability for delivery delays with couriers/ postal services or if you have provided an incorrect delivery address. But we will gladly assist you as quickly as possible if anything does go wrong.

 ♥ Return/Exchange Policy

Ikaria Collection allows for exchange or refund of items. You will qualify for an exchange or refund of a product if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or if the size does not fit. Please note that you will only qualify for an exchange or a refund if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your product stating the reason for the swap.

Ikaria Collection will only exchange the product if it has not been worn, washed, has no marks or odour present. Please return the item in the plastic bag that you received it in. If exchanging bikini bottoms please make sure that the sanitary plastic sticker is still in tact. If it is has been removed, we will be unable to exchange or refund the bikini. Ikaria will inspect the item once it has been received, and reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item has been damaged.

Regarding an exchange: to offer you the best possible service Ikaria Collection will arrange the collection of the item for exchange and the shipping of the new item, and we will cover the costs involved. We want you to be happy and love your Ikaria Collection clothing ♥.

Sale items can be exchanged, but the shipping will be covered by the customer.

Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
