♥ Return/Exchange Policy:
Ikaria Collection allows for an exchange or a refund of items.
You will qualify for an exchange or refund of a product if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the product or if the size does not fit. Please note that you will only qualify for an exchange or a refund if you send us an email within 3 days of receiving your product stating the reason for the swap.
Ikaria Collection will only exchange the product if it has not been worn, washed, has no marks or odour present. Please return the item in the plastic bag that you received it in. If exchanging bikini bottoms please make sure that the sanitary plastic sticker is still in tact. If it is has been removed, we will be unable to exchange or refund the bikini. Ikaria will inspect the item once it has been received, and reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item has been damaged.

* Sale items can be exchanged or a store credit can be provided. Sale items cannot be refunded. The shipping fees for an exchange on sale items will be completely covered by the customer.
♥ Process for returning the Item to Ikaria Collection:
Please note that it is your responsibility to send the item for exchange/return back to us using PUDO or your choice of courier.
To offer you the best possible service Ikaria Collection will cover the costs involved to ship the new item to you ♥ ! We want you to be happy and love your Ikaria Collection clothing.
